developed using the ECL technique
Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size : 18 kDa
Observed band size : 40 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 38 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
The 40 kDa band observed is comparable to molecular weights seen with other commercially available antibodies to HES5.
