Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-HFE antibody (ab55182)
ICC/IF image of HFE staining (ab55182) in human blood film. The sections were incubated in 0.3% Triton X with 0.1M PBS to permeabilise the cells and in 10% serum for 30 minutes at RT to block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The sections were then incubated with ab55182 (1:500) for 4 hrs at RT, followed by Alexa 568 conjugated secondary antibody. Red staining of the cell membrane was observed. Macrophages were stained using a CD68 primary and Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated secondary antibody. The nucleus was visualised using Hoechst.
