Inquiry: Hello I would like to know if these monoclonal mouse antibodies ab0656 and ab6509 directed against HSV-1 gB and HSV-1 gC, Have been used to detect infected neurons in culture. Or If they can work to identify Infected neurons in histological preparations?. And what kind of fixation substance (PFA or Methanol) shoul I use to fix my neuron cells?

Do these antibodies recognize the N-terminus or C-terminus of the protein?
