Immunohistochemistry (PFA perfusion fixed frozen sections) - Anti-Hephaestin antibody - Carboxyterminal end (ab56042)
IHC-FoFr image of ab56042 staining of Hephaestin in mouse duodenum. Adult mouse was perfused with 4% PFA in 0.1M PBS and duodenal tissue was frozen sectioned. The sections were incubated with ab56042 (1:500) for one hour at 24ºC, followed by Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated secondary antibody.
