Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - Hephaestin antibody (ab56729)
ab56729 staining hephaestin (red) in Rat brain capillary endothelial cell tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 and blocked with 1.5% serum for 1 hour at 20°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in PBS + 0.3% Triton X-100) for 12 hours at 4°C. A Cy3®-conjugated Goat anti-mouse IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
