Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections) - Hes1 antibody (ab71559)

ab71559 staining Hes1 in Mouse skin tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-Fr - frozen sections). Tissue was fixed with acetone/methanol (1:1), permeabilized with PBS + triton X100 (0.025%) and blocked with 10% serum for 1 hour at room temperature. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100 in PBS) for 8 hours at 4ºC. An Alexa Fluor^®555-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/1000) was used as the secondary antibody.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Hes1 antibody (ab71559)

ab71559 staining Hes1 in small intestine tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). The sections were fixed in paraformaldehye and subjected to heat-mediated antigen retrieval in citric buffer, pH 6.0 prior to blocking with 10% serum for 1 hour at 20ºC. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated with the sample for 12 hours at 4ºC. An HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody, diluted 1/200.
