Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab55801 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
BL: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
WB: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
This peptide can be used with studies using ab37291.
ab55801 can be used for blocking ab37291. It usually
blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot analysis by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37oC.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Amine and polyamine biosynthesis; histamine biosynthesis; histamine from L-histidine: step 1/1.
Belongs to the group II decarboxylase family.
