To our knowledge, ab35799 has not been tested in IHC yet. We unfortunately would not be able to confirm the reactivity. I can however make an assumption on the basis of its test results in western blot which this antibody has passed; it is more likely that the antibody will detect the antigen in IHC-P because the antigen gets unmasked and denatured with heat. The antibody may also be used in IHC-FR (native antigen) because it is tested in ICC/IF (native antigen).
