Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - ICAM1 antibody (ab67345)
ab67345 at 1µg/ml staining ICAM1 in Human mammary cancer tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/ PFA fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). A Biotin-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary at 1/200 dilution.

All lanes : Anti-ICAM1 antibody (ab67345) at 1 µg/ml
Lane 1 : Whole cell lysates prepared from Human MM231 cells.
Lane 2 : Whole cell lysates prepared from Hela cells.
Lane 3 : Whole cell lysates prepared from SW620 cells.
Lysates/proteins at 50 µg per lane.
