Ab55837 at 25 µg/ml staining the mitotic spindle in NIH3T3 cells; visualised with TRITC conjugated goat anti rabbit IgG.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - IFIT2 antibody (ab55837)
The top image shows the mitotic spindle of NIH3T3 cells stained by DAPI (4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole) which fluoresces blue to visualize nuclear DNA. The middle image shows the mitotic spindle of NIH3T3 cells stained by ab55837 at 50µg/ml using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG conjugated to TRITC (tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate) as a secondary antibody. The bottom image shows the two images above, superimposed on top of each other.
