ANSWER:

Question 5

Wednesday 21-September-2005

In our immunohistochemistry lab, we are currently working on IGF1R. After performing work on human tissue, we would like to pursue on rat tissue.

We used your monoclonal antibody ab4065, reacting well with human tissue. A test in rat confirmed that it does not react.

Now we would like to pursue on rat tissue. We saw that your monoclonal antibodies to IGF1R : ab16890, ab16817, ab15321 were not tested in rat (according to the website). Is it possible for you to send us test samples of those three antisera. We would like to test them in rat. If positive, we would, of course, order more. Additionally, we would send you documentation about positive/negative results, you could add to the website, as our lab of immunohistochemistry, Leuven, KUL university hospital has a lot of experience.

Many thanks for your attention and for an answer in the next few days,
