Thank you for your enquiry. This antibody was tested in Indirect ELISA using the immunogen human recombinant IGF-binding Protein 5. The immunogen was coated on microtiter plates, blocked and stained with ab4257 at a dilution of 1:50. We do not have a specific ELISA protocol for the antibody.
