The immunogen sequence of anti INO80 does not show homology with human INO80 protein so it is more likely that this antibody will not work with human lysates.

We unfortunately do not have any other anti INO80 antibody that we can recommend for human cell lysates. We however have one product which is against complex subunit D of INO80. The catalogue number is ab103334.
