Thank you for getting back to me. The concentration of ab8261 needs to be determined by the end user. I would recommend that you perform a series of dilutions and adjust your future experiments thereof. A customer of our is inquiring about two of your products: ab8261 and ab5416. Specifically they want to know if these antibodies work on frozen of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues (the datasheets just say IHC). Any information that you can forward to me would be helpful.

Thank you for your email. Looking at the datasheet for ab5416, it states that the antibody has been tested for application in Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunofluorescence and Immunocytochemistry. To our knowledge, it has not yet been tested in IHC. For ab8261, the datasheet did state that the antibody had been tested in IHC. I contacted our source for this antibody and was informed, however, that it has not been tested in IHC, but has been tested in Immunocytochemistry. I have updated the datasheet to reflect this, and do apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any additional questions, please do let us know.
