Insulin Degrading Enzyme (9B12.225) antibody immnunostaining on a paraffin embedded section of human brain. Intense IDE staining is observed with ab25733 in hippocampal dentate granular layer, hilus and CA-2/3 with lower low levels in the CA1 region.
