Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Integrin alpha 5 antibody [5H10-27 (MFR5)] - BSA and Azide free (ab25251)
ab25251 staining Integrin alpha 5 in Mouse Embryonic Fibroblast (MEF) cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized in Triton X-100. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 25ºC. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor® 546-conjugated goat anti-rat polyclonal, diluted 1/200.
