Recommended dilutions
Flow Cyt: 1/10.
IHC-P: Use at an assay dependent concentration.
IHC-Fr: 1/100 (PMID 18709641).
IP: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Inhib: Use at an assay dependent dilution (PMID 19549921).
WB: 1/10. Detects a band of approximately 90-110 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 87 kDa).
Ab33171 and ab34409 are also suitable for use in Western Blotting if a greater volume of antibody is required.


Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

Relevance 

Human Integrin beta 3 (CD61) antigen is expressed on platelets, megakaryocytes, macrophages, osteoclasts and synovial lining cells. The integrin beta 3 chain of the vitronectin receptor and GPIIb/IIIa complex. The beta 3 integrin chain is a 90-110 kDa glycoprotein polypeptide which is expressed on platelets, megakaryocytes, macrophages, osteoclasts and synovial lining cells.
