Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded sections) - Integrin beta 3 antibody (ab47584)
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue using ab47584 at a 1/50 dilution. Image on the right was blocked with 1ug/ml blocking peptide.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Anti-Integrin beta 3 antibody (ab47584)
ab47584 staining Integrin beta 3 in mouse embryonic fibroblast cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde and permeabilized in Triton X-100. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 25ºC. The secondary antibody was Cy3®-conjugated F(ab')2 fragment goat anti-rabbit polyclonal, diluted 1/200.
