Western blot - Integrin beta 4 (phospho Y1526) antibody (ab29044)
Western blot analysis of A431 (25 ug/lane) serum starved overnight (lane 1) and treated with pervanadate (1 mM) for 30 min (lanes 2-4). The blot was probed with rabbit polyclonal anti-phospho-integrin-beta4 (Tyr-1526). In the pervanadate-treated lanes, the polyclonal antibodies were used in the presence of no peptide (lane 2), phospho-integrin-beta4 (Tyr-1494) peptide (lane 3), or phospho-integrin-beta4 (Tyr-1526) peptide (lane 4).
