Few weeks ago we ordered three human Interferon-gamma ELISA kits. However, we encountered two problems. One of the Hu IFN-gamma Standards in the kit was damaged (the vacuum was lost and their was almost no pellet in the vial; pellet probably affected by moisture). Furthermore, there were two different lot# numbers for the Stop Reagents (Stop reagent with lot# K101130 & K100316), while also Washing buffer had a Lot# with K100316. We presume the lot# K100316 for the Stop Reagent was misprinted? Because the price of the kits are quite high, we are a bit disappointed by these inaccuracies of these high quality kits. I hope you can send us a replacement for the Human IFN-gamma standard. |
