Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - JAK1 (phospho Y1022) antibody (ab38519)
ab38519 staining JAK1 (phospho Y1022) in Dog lung tissue sections by IHC-P (Paraformaldehyde fixed paraffin embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with 10% buffered formalin and blocked with 5% serum for 20 minutes and 20ºC. Antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in EDTA (pH8, 110ºC, 2 minutes) buffer. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200) for 1 hour at 20ºC. An undiluted HRP-conjugated Goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody.
