Anti-JMJD4 antibody (ab35272)

bought jmjD4 antibody (Ab35272), which was discontinued unfortunately. So far I tested five different jmjD4 antibodies  using for different shRNAs against jmjD4 and Hela cells that expresses jmjD4. The discontinued jmjD4 antibody (Ab35272) is the only antibody detecting real jmjD4 protein (~45kD).   jmjD4 antibodies from your company (ab106458, ab62967, and ab86591) don't detect real jmjD4 and  thus are craps.  The band detected by these antibodies are non-specific band based on the four different shRNAs against jmjD4. I don't know whether the band detected by ab84937 is right one or not since I have never tested it.   My questions are: When Ab35272-jmjD4 antibody is available? You company should focus on this antibody because it is the only antibody detecting the real jmjD4 protein.   2. I am afraid to buy more jmjD4 antibodies fearing that it may be another bad antibody. If you send us small aliquot of jmjD4 antibody  (ab84937) that I have never tested, I am willing to check to see whether it is good or bad antibody. I already have Hela cell extracts  where jmjD4 was down-regulated by shRNAs. If this antibody detects real jmjD4, I will buy it after testing.   More importantly, please update the situation regarding the real jmjD4 antibody (Ab35272) that I already tested and know it is a good antibody.

Unfortunately we do not have any lab stock remaining to send you or to produce a new batch. Would you be able to send us your data for ab35272? I would like to ask the R&D department to investigate the long term viability of this product and this information would be very useful. I am sorry that you have not had further success with other antibodies from our catalogue. Can I clarify that you have already purchased and tried ab106458, ab62967 and ab86591 and that they all failed to detect JMJD4? Under our Abpromise we do guarantee that all of these antibodies will work in western blot and recognize human samples (ab106458 will also recognize rat tissue).
