Detection of JunB by Western blot analysis. Antibody titration experiments using JunB rabbit polyclonal antibody in nuclear extracts derived from 3T6 Swiss Albino cells (lanes 1 to 3). The signal corresponding to nuclear JunB is eliminated when the immunizing peptide is added to the reaction mixture
