From reading the datasheet I understood that these antibodies were generated against avian JunD. Do you know, if they will recognize mice protein ? Also, it is stated that antibodies are generated against fusion protein. Do you by any chance know, whether a full length protein was used, or just a part, or was it a peptide fused to something (it would be helpful to know what, then the background may be reduced by preincubating with fusion protein; of course, if the fusion part was cleaved after protein purification, this issue is irrelevant).

We have no data for cross reactivity studies. The immunogen was the full length protein

This antibody has not been tested on the human protein, but as there is little difference between human and avian Jun-D protein, we anticipate that this antibody will cross react with human Jun-D
