From reading the datasheet I understood that these antibodies were generated against avian JunD. Do you know, if they will recognize mice protein ? Also, it is stated that antibodies are generated against fusion protein. Do you by any chance know, whether a full length protein was used, or just a part, or was it a peptide fused to something (it would be helpful to know what, then the background may be reduced by preincubating with fusion protein; of course, if the fusion part was cleaved after protein purification, this issue is irrelevant). |

ANSWER: |
We have no data for cross reactivity studies. The immunogen was the full length protein |

Hi, Does your antibody anti-JUN-D ab425 recognize human Jun-D? thank you very much for your answer, sincerely Anne Astier |
|||||||||
ANSWER: |
This antibody has not been tested on the human protein, but as there is little difference between human and avian Jun-D protein, we anticipate that this antibody will cross react with human Jun-D |
