ab23643 staining human H460 lung cancer cells by flow cytometry. Cells were harvested in cell dissociation buffer and resuspended in an enzyme free buffer. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde and incubated with ab26343 (diluted 1/100) for 30 minutes at 4°C. A phycoerythrin conjugated goat anti-rat IgG anitbody was used as the secondary. The flow cytometry plot shows JAM2 expression on H460 (green) and H460SM (pink) cell lines
