Note: Activity of KAT2B / PCAF was routinely tested for its ability to cleave HAT Substrate using Histone Acetyltransferase Activity Assay Kit (Colorimetric) (ab65352).
SDS-PAGE: Use at an assay dependent dilution.
Useful in HAT inhibitor screening, kinetic studies, and HAT substrate cleavages in vitro or in tissue culture. Can also be used as positive control in HAT activity assay.
Not yet tested in other applications.
Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
