Relevance
|
The JHDM3A/JMJD2A gene is a member of the Jumonji domain 2 (JMJD2) family and encodes a protein with a JmjC domain, a JmjN domain, a JD2H domain, two TUDOR domains, and two PHD-type zinc fingers. KDM4A specifically demethylates histone H3 at K9 and K36.
