All lanes : KDM4B / JMJD2B antibody (ab27531) at 1 µg/ml
Lane 1 : Jurkat (Human T cell lymphoblast-like cell line) Whole Cell Lysate Lane 2 : Jurkat (Human T cell lymphoblast-like cell line) Nuclear Lysate (ab14844) Lane 3 : K562 (Human erythromyeloblastoid leukemia cell line) Whole Cell Lysate Lane 4 : K562 (Human erythromyeloblastoid leukemia cell line) Nuclear Lysate
Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.
Secondary Goat polyclonal to Rabbit IgG - H&L - Pre-Adsorbed (HRP) at 1/3000 dilution
Performed under reducing conditions.
Predicted band size : 121 kDa Observed band size : 150 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?) Additional bands at : 105 kDa,55 kDa,80 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Exposure time : 3 minutes
The 150 kDa band observed is comparable to molecular weights seen with other commercially available antibodies to KDM4B/JMJD2B.
