Anti-KDM5A / Jarid1A / RBBP2 antibody - ChIP Grade (ab65769)

We did not use any positive target gene via PCR amplification to verify the Chip-protocol or antibody working well. Here,in our lab,the method using to make sure the effect is separating ChIP elute via SDS-PAGE and detecting with western blot.If the correct bands appeared as the WB result, then we believed that the antibody can be used for ChIP experiment. I am sorry, in fact,the date is the WB result from ChIP elute via SDS-PAGE.   Finally, the very thing we possibly wanted to know is how to verify the Anti-KDM5A / Jarid1A / RBP2 antibody - ChIP Grade (ab65769) we chosed can be used for ChIP experiment with the Ms Cells.   Thank you!

ab65769 has been previously tested and confirmed to work in ChIP with mouse samples. However, you might also wish to consult the literature for examples. On such paper that uses ab65769 and is linked to the online datasheet is:

We ordered your company anti-body products :Anti-KDM5A / Jarid1A / RBBP2 antibody - ChIP Grade (ab65769). According to the applications,or two papers published, the anti- can be used for Chip expriments,we want to known how to verify the application in our expriment? Because, in two Chip expriments to verify the antibody   , we did not detect the correct band through westernblot. Of couse, the whole process was operated in the light of the Chip protocol.
