Could you let me now whether this Ab cross reacts with KIr2DL2 or any other KIR. Thanks

I have just received this information, which I hope answers your very interesting question.

We have performed ab14825 cross-reactivity with 1ug of recombinant protein KIR2DL1 and KIR2DS4. We found there is no cross-reactivity by Western Blot. When we used even 5ug of recombinant proteins we didn’t find any cross reactivity.

For KIR2DL2, we haven’t tried to cross-react because we don’t have KIR2DL2 recombinant protein.
