I´m sending this mail because I need some references if this antibodies that we are thinking purchase with your company have been tested in ELISA experiments but specifically done on biofluids.   Anti-Calr (Calreticulin).  Anti-KLK-1 (Kallikrein 1) Anti-Krt-4 (Keratin 4) Anti-TCN1 (Transcobalamin 1)

Anti-Calr (Calreticulin): We have only one product that is guaranteed to work in ELISA. The product number is ab70013. The following ELISA experiments have been carried out with it 1) immunogen peptide ELISA--coat immunogen peptide to 96-well plate and detect with ab70013 with/without peptide preincubation. 2) cell-based ELISA--grow cells in 96-well plate, fix the cells, and detect with ab70013. 3) antibody microarray--detect Calreticulin in a native condition. Anti-KLK-1 (Kallikrein 1):We have only one product that is guaranteed to work in ELISA. The product number is ab31507.Kallikrein PabRabbit x Human recognizes KLK5 (KLK-L2). It has been tested in peptide ELISA. We do not have results from human tissues.A link to this product is below:
