  • Application notesIHC-P: Use at a concentration of 10 - 20 µg/ml for 30 min at RT. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval before commencing with IHC staining protocol, by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

    This antibody is excellent for staining of formalin/paraffin tissues and serves as a marker of growth fraction.

    Not yet tested in other applications.
    Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
