The C-terminal immunizing peptide used to generate ab18131 is based on the 1014 amino acid sequence of membrane-bound Klotho. This antibody should only recognize the membrane-bound form.

I would like to use this antibody in an ELISA. Can you tell me the peptide sequence that this antibody was made against so I can use it as a standard in my ELISA?

The antibody orignates outside of Abcam and the originator of the antibody never reveals an immunogen peptide sequence. All I can provide is: "17aa peptide sequence near the C-terminus of mouse Klotho."

Do you by chance sell the klotho recombinant protein?
