WB no band plasmid pCMV-Lac1 transfected cells are alive which means transfection did work (otherwise cells would have died) WB transfer: OK 5 ug protein loaded Ab: 1/1000 4 degree overnight secondary: OK suggestion: load more protein (20-30 ug)
