I am searching for a concentration of an antibody we received the 10th of January. We contacted you by phone friday 13th, but we are still missing an answer.

The order was as following:
Order number: ************
Purchase Order Number: ***************
Antibody: ab32535, Rabbit monoclonal [E398L] to Lamin B receptor, LOT *****.

Our research is "stuck" until we're getting this information. One of our researchers is running a "blind" test this minute, and this is costing us a lot of money. It would be nice to have an answer as soon as possible, please.
