We need an antibody specific to Laminin beta3 subunit of Laminin-5 (trimer consisting of Laminin alpha3, beta3, gamma2). Description of the immunogen is insufficient, since subunit-identity of recombinant fragment is not defined. Any clarification would be highly welcome.

ANSWER:

  

The immunogen of the antibody is LAMB3 (NP_000219, 1064 a.a. ~ 1172 a.a) partial recombinant protein with GST tag.
