Hi, The product sheet for ab71415, a Lin28B antibody, states that it is reactive against human samples.  Has Abcam ever tested the antibody on mouse samples?  The product sheet indicates the immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acids 105-135, and the mouse Lin28B is 100% homologous in that region.  It would seem that this antibody would likely work in mouse samples.   We have mouse tissue sections and mouse cell lysates we would like to test this antibody on.
