Western blot - Anti-MAD1 antibody [9B10] (ab5783)
Predicted band size : 96 kDa
0.5ml of HeLa cell lysate was incubated with 5µg of ab5783 and the immunecomplex immunoprecipitated with protein G coupled beads. The post-immunoprecipitate (lane 3), the immunoprecipitate (lane 2) and whole HeLa cel lysate (lane 1) was transfered to the membrane and probed with rabbit anti-MAD1.
MAD1 is shown as an approximately 96 kDa band. The lower molecular weight bands are degredation products.
