Material Safety Data Sheet can be found on the datasheets of our products.
The datasheet of ab89780 does not include a Material Safety Data Sheet since there are no regulated chemicals in this product.
ab89780 is protein A purified and the storage buffer includes only PBS, no preservatives etc.

Does all I need to antibodyare mixed and then packing, or after packing, add glycerol?
And if these two antibody need to antibody restorations?Which modle of antibody restoration is the best choice?
And the ab89780 antibody choose which way to doing antibody retoration?
Additional ,the ab101807 antibody recommended dilutions is 1/300-1/2000,but the image of IHC-P staining is at
a dilution of 1/200.Which dilution is the right choice?

Thank you for contacting us.
You will be receiving the antibodies at 4C in liquid form. Take out 10 ul of antibody in separate vial and use in experiment. This volume could be higher or lower depending on the use.
To the rest 90ul add 90ul (1:1) glycerol and make 9 aliquots of 20ul each and store at -20C. Glycerol prevents antibodies from freezing while keeping them in liquid stage so when using these in experiment make sure these are either at room temperature (25C) or 4C.
The recommended dilution 1/300 - 1/2000 is for guideline purpose only. The dilutions will be changed with the change in tissue sections and method itself. We always recommend customers trying a range of dilution e.g. 1/100, 1/500, 1000 for optimized results.
I am sorry I do not know what retoration means for ab89780. This antibody can also be stored at -20C with or without Glycerol.
