Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed human melanoma stained for MAGE 1.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - MAGE 1 antibody (ab21472)
ab21472 staining the human breast cancer cell line, MCF-7, by ICC/IF. The cell line was stimulated with 5-aza-CdR for 72 hours. The treated cells, or a mock control were then stimulated by trichostatin A for 24 hours. ab21472 was used at a dilution of 1/25 and an Alexa Fluor ® 546 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as the secondary.
