Western blot - MAGE 1 antibody (ab38486)
Anti-MAGE 1 antibody (ab38486) at 1/100 dilution + Jurkat cell lysate
Predicted band size : 24 kDa
Observed band size : 25 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Additional bands at : 20 kDa,50 kDa,60 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - MAGE 1 antibody (ab38486)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue reacted with ab38486 at a 1/50 dilution, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
