Specificity
While ab76177 has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other MAGE proteins, the immunogen shows >80% sequence homology with MAGEA1, MAGEA2, MAGEA3, MAGEB3, MAGEA6, MAGEA8, MAGEA9, MAGEA10, and MAGEA12. Based on this information, ab76177 may cross-react with these proteins.
