Anti-MAGEA9 antibody (ab38493) at 1/100 dilution + Placenta lysate
Predicted band size : 35 kDa
Observed band size : 40 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - MAGEA9 antibody (ab38493)
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue reacted with ab38493 at a 1/50 dilution, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining.
