Thank you for your enquiry and patience. This antibody was tested in Western blotting using Raji cell extract. The exact Western blotting protocol that was used is not available but we suggest referring to our general Western blotting protocol which should work fine with this antibody. Also, we would suggest loading 20-30 ug of protein lysate.

I am emailing you about the anti-magoh antibosy we bought from you. I used it for RNA immunoprecipitation. I tried different amount of antibodies but it never worked for me. There was even no background at all. I tried different positive controls which worked very well. I'm sorry to hear you are having problems with ab10686, this antibody unfortunately has not been tested in RNA immunoprecipitation applications and it is therefore very difficult to find out what the problem might be.
