Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections) - Anti-MARCO antibody [PAL-1] (ab33453)
ab33453 staining MARCO in Human lung tissue by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections). The sections were fixed in HOPE prior to blocking with Zytomed systems blocking solution for 5 minutes at 25ºC. The primary antibody was diluted 1/100 and incubated with the sample for 1 hour at 25ºC. An HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
