Lane 1 : A375 cell lysate
Lane 2 : mouse brain tissue lysate
Predicted band size : 43 kDa
Observed band size : 43 kDa
Additional bands at : 55 kDa. We are unsure as to the identity of these extra bands.
Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - MBD2 antibody (ab38646)
ab38646 staining MBD2 in rat liver cultured cells by Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence. The cells were fixed in formaldehyde, permeabilised in 0.1% Triton X-100 and then blocked using 1% BSA for 1 hour at 25ºC. Samples were then incubated with primary antibody at 1/50 for 10 hours at 25ºC. The secondary antibody used was a goat anti-rabbit IgG conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 568 (red) used at a 1/400 dilution.
