ab58241 at 3.5 µg/ml staining MBD2 in Human colon by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6 was performed, antibody revealed by AP-staining.
