Overview
- Product nameMCF7 (Human breast adenocarcinoma cell line) Nuclear Lysate - H2O2 post treatedSee all MCF7 lysates ...
- General notesPost-collection treatment consists in exposing the nuclear extract to a final concentration of 200 mM H2O2 for 20 min on ice. The protein content has been determined by a Bradford-based assay.

Each lot has been tested for Sp1 activity by using the TransAM™ Sp1 Kit. The signal intensity for Sp1 activity in each lot is compared to the signal intensity obtained with H2O2-post treated extracts from MCF-7 cells. Once the signals are blanked, the ratio between the signals from untreated extracts over treated extracts used at 5
µ g/well must be above 4.
