ab9693 staining MCSF in human cervical squamous cell carcinoma section by Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA fixed paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue underwent heat mediated antigen retrieval in sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The primary antibody was used at 5 ug/ml and incubated with sample at 4°C overnight. A HRP-labeled polymer detection system was used with a DAB chromogen.

Lane 1 : Human Kidney whole cell lysate
Lane 2 : Human Kidney whole cell lysate transfected with LFABP
Lysates/proteins at 15 µg per lane.
Secondary
An IRDye®800CW-conjugated Goat anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal at 1/15000 dilution
Performed under non-reducing conditions.
Observed band size : 70 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Blocking Step: 5% BSA for 1 hour at 25°C
Deatection method: Odyssey for 50 seconds.
