Predicted band size : 54 kDa
Observed band size : 46,56 kDa (why is the actual band size different from the predicted?)
Lanes 1-3 = pro-enzyme
Lanes 4-6 = activated form
The 46KDa band represents the initial active forms and the 56KDa band represents the pro-form.
